RETURN & RRFUNDS

At AKDollhouse, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with any original accessories included. Items that are returned damaged, used, worn, altered, or missing original packaging/accessories may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have offered free returned shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, the return may be denied unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After the 1-hour cancellation period, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation because it may have entered processing or fulfillment

FINAL SALE ITEMS

AKDollhouse currently does not have any products designated as final sale. If a product is designated as final sale in the future, the product listing will clearly state that it is not eligible for return or refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact AKDollhouse as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos and videos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
