SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within same-day-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number when available.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. AKDollhouse is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may be required to reship the order.
